Start with a hand-cut rigatoni with Scottish beef ragù and ‘nduja, or opt for the spring pea risotto with marjoram and Parmesan — both ideal for the carb-conscious runner. For mains, choose from grilled sea bream with Provençal vegetables or a classic shepherd’s pie with green salad vinaigrette. To finish, the île flottante — soft meringue, vanilla custard — is the kind of dessert that rounds off a long day on your feet.
